Susann Alicia

Susann Alicia, who publishes under the name Liensue (also written Lien Sue), is a German cosplayer, OnlyFans creator, and social-media personality. She keeps her legal name private for safety reasons, according to a September 2023 Business Insider profile. Her work centers on elaborate, self-made costumes based on anime, manga, and video-game characters, which she distributes through Instagram, OnlyFans, and other subscription platforms.

Who Is Susann Alicia?

Susann Alicia is a creator from Germany who says she has been a cosplayer for most of her life. Business Insider reported in September 2023 that she began recreating costumes of favorite television and manga characters as a child and attended fan conventions for comics and video games. At that time the outlet described her as 26 years old, which places her birth in the mid-1990s; her exact birth date has not been reliably published.

Her move into paid creator work was financial. She told Business Insider that once she started university, most of her money went to tuition and bills, leaving little for costume materials, and that cosplay is one of the most expensive hobbies if done properly. She opened an Instagram page and a Patreon account, then tried OnlyFans during the pandemic and reported earning more than $1,000 in her first month.

Susann Alicia’s Cosplay Business and Platform Strategy

Business Insider reported that OnlyFans was only one of several income sources. She also sold picture and video bundles through a Gumroad shop, where she reported about $130,000 in sales, and ran accounts on German-focused subscription platforms including 4based and BestFans. Her most lucrative platform outside OnlyFans was 4based, with about $155,000. These figures are dated to September 2023 and should not be read as current earnings.

At the time of the profile she operated two OnlyFans accounts: a free page with more than 36,000 fans and a paid page of about 600 fans priced at $10 for the first 30 days and $20 afterward. She described her approach as suggestive rather than explicit, saying she likes leaving “more to the fantasy,” and said she treats herself more as an artist than a content creator. Her Instagram audience was about 50,000 and her TikTok following about 20,000 in 2023; a search listing for her Instagram account showed roughly 2 million followers in late September 2026, a sign of substantial growth over three years.

Craft is a stated priority. She said a new costume can cost over $1,000, that she produced about six DIY costumes per year, and that she hires a professional photographer for shoots and spends days editing the results herself. She also said she spends two to four hours a day chatting with fans one on one, a personal-connection model she credits for long-term subscriber support.

Susann Alicia’s One Piece Campaign and Media Coverage

In July 2026, TMZ reported that Susann Alicia wants to play Yamato in the Netflix live-action adaptation of One Piece. She told the outlet she grew up watching the anime and admires the character because her strength is not defined by her appearance. She also said she built a replica of Yamato’s oversized club prop that is taller than she is. No casting connection has been reported, and the campaign is a public wish rather than an announced role.
