Best Cam Sites in 2026: What They Cost, What Is Free and How Private They Are

The best cam site for most people is MyFreeCams, because it publishes its prices, keeps browsing free and charges no membership fee. CamSoda comes second, with the clearest token price list and no card needed to sign up. We checked five sites: MyFreeCams, CamSoda, Stripchat, Chaturbate and Jerkmate. All five are free to browse, and none is fully private.

How did we rank these cam sites?

We read each site’s own help and billing pages, not its marketing. Then we asked four plain questions:

• Cost clarity. Does the site say what a private show costs?
• What is free. Can you browse and join without paying or adding a card?
• Billing privacy. Does the site say what will show on your card statement?
• Refunds and limits. Does it explain refunds, and can you cap your spending?

Which cam site costs what?

1. MyFreeCams: best for knowing what you will pay

MyFreeCams’s own wiki says guests can watch every model for as long as they like, with no nag screens. A basic account is free for life. Your first token purchase makes you a Premium Member for life, with, in its words, “no additional fees or future charges.”

• Private show: 60 tokens a minute. A TruePrivate show, where nobody can spy, is 80.
• Spying on someone else’s private: 20 tokens a minute. Group shows are 10 tokens a minute.
• Keep your shows: it says your private shows are saved to your Archives for free.
• Billing: it says your card is billed discreetly and points to a billing help page.
• Safety: it offers two-factor sign-in (2FA).

The catch: the help pages do not list token prices, so you only see the dollar cost at checkout. Do that math before you buy.

2. CamSoda: best for a clear token price list

CamSoda’s banner says you can sign up free with no credit card required. It also publishes its token packages: 50 tokens for $6.99, 100 for $10.99, 400 for $39.99 and 3,100 for $249.99, with bonus tokens on the bigger packs. It says prices vary by country.

• Private show: 6 to 120 tokens a minute. Exclusive private is 12 to 150. Each performer sets the rate.
• Refunds: if a performer ends a minimum-length show early, you are refunded the unused part. If you leave early, you are not. Tokens are generally non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate billing, technical errors or fraud.
• Limits: you can set a daily spending limit in Settings.
• Watch out for: “Easy Re-ups” top up your tokens automatically, and “Token Credit” lets you spend up to a limit and pay later. Check both in your settings.

CamSoda names Epoch, Segpay and CCBill as card processors, but we did not find the exact name that shows on a statement. Ask support or check after your first purchase.

3. Stripchat: best for statement names and a published refund rule

Stripchat calls itself free to join and watch. Its private shows run from 8 to 150 tokens a minute, and it says you need enough tokens to cover a show’s minimum length. A private show stops by itself when you run out.

• Statement names: Stripchat says charges may show as EPOCH.COM, *Technius, SegpayEU.com-TechChat, Paymentico.com, centrobill.com or Technius Ltd, depending on the processor.
• Refunds: it handles complaints made within 48 hours. It does not offer a full refund for a private show longer than 5 minutes, and spying is not covered.
• Spies: other users may spy on a normal private show if the performer allows it. An Exclusive Private (cam-to-cam) show allows no spies.

The catch: token packages and prices are shown only at checkout, so we cannot give you a price list.

4. Chaturbate: best for payment choices

Chaturbate is free to browse. Its site lists private shows by price, from 6 tokens a minute up to 90 and over. Its support page says you can pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, by wire (minimum $250, credited at $0.08 a token), by money order or certified check (minimum $160), by crypto (minimum 250 tokens, which it calls the best rate), by gift card through PayGarden, or by one of over 37 other methods.

• Billing: its billing page lists two billing types: direct billing by Chaturbate, and Epoch, which it says appears as “EPOCH.COM” on your statement. It does not name the direct-billing descriptor.
• Watch out for: Auto Refill. It is optional and card-only, and it buys more tokens when your balance falls under 10% of your last purchase. It can be switched off in settings.
• Gap: its support page does not list card package prices, so check the checkout screen.

5. Jerkmate: easy to start, hard to price

Jerkmate is free to join, but it asks for a card at sign-up. It sells Gold at $1 each, and says there is no subscription. Its help pages give no standard per-minute rate for private shows, and they do not agree on whether anything renews. That is why it sits last. How do you use a cam site without overspending?

• Decide your limit before you sign up, and set the site’s daily limit if it has one.
• Turn off auto top-ups (Easy Re-ups, Auto Refill) unless you want them.
• Check the per-minute rate on screen before you start a private show. Some performers charge extra for requests.
• Use a separate email address and username, and keep personal details out of chat.
• Keep Cam2Cam off unless you want to be seen.
