The cheap monthly figure for the 12-month plan is the price per month, and you pay for the whole period up front. Candy.ai’s terms say subscriptions renew automatically, so set a reminder if you do not want a second year.

To cancel, open My Profile, find your subscription details at the bottom and press Unsubscribe. To delete your account, go to My Profile, then Settings, then the Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. Candy.ai says it must keep some data for legal reasons. Its notice lists payment records for ten years.
