Pia Mia

Pia Mia, born Pia Mia Perez on 19 September 1996 in Merizo, Guam, is a Guamanian-American singer, songwriter, actress, model and author. Discovered by producer Babyface after posting covers to YouTube as a child, she moved to Los Angeles at 13 and signed with Interscope Records in 2013. Her 2015 single “Do It Again,” featuring Chris Brown and Tyga, was certified platinum by the RIAA. She launched an OnlyFans account in September 2020 and has more recently pivoted to fiction writing.

Who Is Pia Mia?

Perez was born in Guam, a US territory in the western Pacific, and began posting song covers to YouTube as a child. That early output brought her to the attention of producer Babyface, who is credited with discovering her.

She relocated to Los Angeles in 2010 at the age of 13 to pursue music professionally. She has been based in Los Angeles since, and remains one of the very few Guamanian-American artists to achieve national chart success in the United States.

Pia Mia has long been associated with the Kardashian-Jenner social circle, an association that has generated a substantial share of her tabloid coverage. She was widely covered for singing at a Kardashian family dinner attended by Drake.

More recently she has pivoted toward fiction, publishing The Starlight Series novels and promoting them heavily across her social channels through 2026. The move added “author” to a professional identity that already spanned music, acting and modelling.
